Before submitting your abstract, please read the following guidelines.
To submit a contribution, it is necessary to be pre-registered in the website. If you are not already pre-registered please click here. If you are already pre-registered, please, enter your e-mail and password in the restricted area.
During the pre-submission process the following information will be required:
- Title
- Abstract (maximum 300 words)
- 3 Keywords
- Name, surname, e-mail and affiliation/institution of all contributors.
- Subject classification (see list)
Once the process is finished, all registered authors will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of the submission.
Although co-authored papers are acceptable, only ONE abstract submission will be accepted for each participant. When submitting an abstract, it is assumed that you are going to be the speaker.
Remember:
- Each registered person can submit only one abstract.
- The abstract submission does not imply the automatic acceptance of the contribution paper.
- The acceptance of the abstract will be effective after the complete registration and payment. The acceptance will be notified by e-mail.
Persons interested in organizing a session on a specific theme should submit a proposal to office@eccoxxiii.com. A session typically consists of 3-4 presentations. After acceptance, session organizers will be responsible for accepting or rejecting papers for their session, for scheduling the order of presentations and for chairing the session.
Important dates:
- Abstract submission deadline: March 5, 2010. The organisation cannot ensure the acceptance of abstracts received after this date.
- Notification of acceptance: March 19, 2010.
