In each conference room there will be a PC running Windows XP, an overhead projector and a PC projector.
Applications available will be Microsoft Power Point, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and GSView.
Each PC has a USB port and a CD/DVD reader.
There will also be a computer room for checking the presentations, making final minor modifications of the slides or reading your email.
